Processing of Personal Data
a) When visiting our website
When you visit our website www.latam-desk.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is stored temporarily in a log file. The following data is collected automatically and stored until automatic deletion:

c) When using our contact form
If you use our contact form, you must consent to the processing of your data by ticking the checkbox. You must provide at least your name and a valid email address; other details are optional.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is automatically deleted once your inquiry has been resolved.
Transfer of Data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
- Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
